Menleleh Incorporated in partnership with the National Elections Commission (NEC) Liberia is conducting Civic Voter Education (CVE) awareness on the Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) in Electoral District 3, Bong County, Liberia. As of April 21, 2023, our outreach teams have visited over 76 towns/communities and significant numbers of schools, churches, mosques, market places and public facilities across Electoral District (ED) 3, Bong County. Messages (from NEC Liberia) about the BVR are being shared through airing of radio jingles (on Hot FM Gbarnga), distribution of posters and fliers and use of mega phones to verbally communicate NEC approved messages. In instances where community members did not understand English, MI team members communicated through the local languages.Our outreach teams have also conducted monitoring visits to registration centers to assess the registration process and where issues were identified, feedbacks were shared with the center workers for improvement.It's a privilege serving the people of Liberia and we are grateful to NEC Liberia and partners for the opportunity to have us work as CVE Cell in ED 3.
