At Menleleh Incorporated, we are dedicated to developing the capacity of our staff and institution. With funding from our CEO, we hired the services of a Consultant to review the existing policies and develop additional policies. The consultant developed a draft Operational Manual detailing the Financial Policies & Procedures, Procurement Policies & Procedures and Human Resource Policies & Procedures.On Saturday, September 2, 2023, our team met with the consultant in a day long policy review session to discuss and contribute to the final draft policy documents.Many thanks to our CEO for the continuous support and vision.
